Some believe it’s better to get rid of all the things that belong to your ex. They serve as reminders and keep bringing up the past relationship in our heads. However, one woman decided to keep an unexpected «gift» her ex-husband accidentally sent her.

Here’s what she had to say:

“My ex-husband accidentally sent a big sum of money to me. I noticed this only when I got home late at night. There were also 100+ calls and messages from him where he begged me to give it back asap.

My first urge was to send it back to him and I almost pressed the button, but then I remembered the debt that he never paid.
I’d lent him money before and he always had excuses for not paying me back. I kept the money and texted him, “Thanks, now you don’t owe me anything!” and blocked him. Not so long ago, I somehow ran into him and he threatened to sue me.”
